Knowledge based papers are available by CBE. Skills based, essential and optional ACCA papers are paper based. You must attempt the previous module papers to get to the next level. In that module you can attempt papers in any order.
ACCA exam dates
You can attempt up to four papers in one exams cycles. Basically there are two ACCA exams cycles.
Exams dates for these exams cycles are 1feb _ 31 july and 1Aug to 30 jan
ACCA exemptions
Exemptions basically eliminates the subjects you have already studied before. ACCA exemptions are available for the students who have passed exams of any relevant qualification. For other information regarding exemptions please visit this link

ACCA exams rules
These are the rules for exams. It is very common that students do not know about these exams rules.
All modules must be sat in order.
Maximum of four exams can be taken in one sitting.
Papers within a module may be sat in any order but it is recommended that they should be sat in numerical order.
Exams from a variety of levels may be sat at any one time.
The three Essentials papers can not be sat together
Students have maximum 10 years to pass all of the exams.
The passing marks for all of the exams is 50%.
In addition to the 14 papers, students are required to study and sit an on-line module in Professional ethics. It is also recommended that this is studied at the same time as P1.
Practical experience of 5 years is required to become a fellow or fcca.
